- 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
- 1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oat flour (or whole wheat flour)
- 1/4 cup water (if needed for consistency)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grind the kibble into a fine meal using a food processor or blender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, peanut butter, and egg. Stir until smooth.
- Add the ground kibble crumbs and oat flour, mixing until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a little water to help bind the ingredients.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and use cookie cutters to create fun shapes.
- Place treats on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the treats cool completely before serving to your dog.
Optional: If using Chef-Prepared Chicken & Rice with Veggies, mix 1/4 cup into the dough for extra protein and nutrients.
